Ray Eeds of Elk City OK. Jared Howell of Clinton OK. Tony Howell of Arapaho OK. On Jan. 14 2006, Elk City OK kicked off the 3rd Annual Coyote Calling Contest. The morning started off great very calm for Western Oklahoma, but by 10am the wind was back. If you didn't have coyotes bagged by then it was going to be tough. These guys worked hard all day and pulled a win out with 4 coyotes. If you look closly they are each proudly holding their prize. Each won a new Remmington Varmint Rifle. Congraulations
